Out of the Mind, Into the Body
Welcome to BoxFlow, a first of its kind boxing class. You will be taken through boxing fundamentals in a 45 minute workout, encorporating drills, paired padwork and strength exercises. The workout is designed to be high intensity and will help you to upgrade your ability in boxing within a welcoming and social community.
Following this, we dim the light and move to the mats for the Flow - a short but powerful Breathwork practise. You will be led through some brathing patterns and routines designed to help you to regulate your nervous system and find calm after the workout, leaving you feeling more present and connected.
