Located at 8539 Melrose Ave, this in-person event will guide you through a series of boxing drills and mittwork followed by guided breathwork and sound bath to help you unwind and destress. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this event is perfect for anyone looking to find their inner power, balance and focus. Come and join us for a night self-care, community, some fun gift bags and VIBEZ!!
