Join us on Tuesday, May 20th, for our Bowling, Books, and Pizza Bash from 5-9PM at Flatbread Pizza in Brighton as we wrap up our Spring Fundraiser. We’re thrilled to celebrate the release of our brand new cookbook, Women in Food, featuring 30 heartfelt stories and recipes from New England farmers and food makers. We will be selling copies of our cookbook, and all proceeds go to SBN.
If folks join us in person, we will be selling $5 raffle tickets for the Local Love Gift Bags. Each is a unique combination of fabulous locally made foods and beverages, estimated at around $50. The raffle winners will be announced at 7:00 PM. If you can't be there in person, you can still be part of the all-virtual raffle, $10 tickets for virtual prizes (values vary, many worth $100 or more).
While you’re there, grab a slice or hit the lanes—American Flatbread will donate $3.50 for each large flatbread (pizza) and $1.75 for each small flatbread (pizza) sold during the benefit.
This special night continues the efforts of our Spring Fundraising Campaign, where we’re raising $5,000 to launch a Technical Assistance Pilot Program that connects small food businesses with expert consultants to help them grow and thrive. Your support will help ensure that our local farms, food producers, and small businesses have access to the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
