Join us for our 1st annual Bowling 4 Babies  extravaganza in support of the March of Dimes. From your arrival at UltraStar Multi-Tainment Center you will enjoy bowling and playing laser tag with friends and family. Then join us for pizza, corndogs,chicken fingers and our raffle drawing for awesome prizes with all proceeds going to the March of Dimes.
March of Dimes mission is to prevent, educate and research the cause of premature births. Central Arizona Phi Beta Lambda is helping with the cause by bringing awareness and raising funds.Please join us February 10, 2018 for food, fun and great prizes.
<A HREF="https://www.marchofdimes.org/complications/preterm-labor-and-premature-baby.aspx" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Premature birth</A> (birth before 37 weeks of pregnancy) and its complications are the #1 cause of death of babies in the United States. Babies who survive premature birth often have<A HREF="https://www.marchofdimes.org/complications/long-term-health-effects-of-premature-birth.aspx" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> long-term health problems</A>, including <A HREF="https://www.marchofdimes.org/complications/cerebral-palsy.aspx" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">cerebral palsy</A>, intellectual disabilities, <A HREF="https://www.marchofdimes.org/complications/common-conditions-treated-in-the-nicu.aspx" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">chronic lung disease</A>, blindness and <A HREF="https://www.marchofdimes.org/complications/hearing-impairment.aspx" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">hearing loss</A>. In the United States, about 380,000 babies are born prematurely each year. The preterm birth rate (the percent of babies born before 37 weeks each year) is 9.8 percent in the United States. This means 1 in 10 babies is born too soon. The U.S. preterm birth rate is among the worst of high-resource nations.
All money raised at this event will help the March of Dimes in the fight to end premature births.
