Want to learn everything there is to know about bourbon?
This class is for you.

The Stave and Thief Society is the only approved education from the Bourbon Trail. All distillery employees take this class to work in the Bourbon trail distilleries. You will learn the same curriculum as them.

You will learn about the distillation process, harvesting grain, the fermentation process, the law of bourbon and whiskey, how each distillery is unique, how the wood used in a barrel is harvested and SOOOOOOO much more!!!

South Point Tavern is one of only 62 bars in the world attached to the Kentucky bourbon trail.
We are honored to have Erica Smole the world's first and currently only Double Executive Bourbon Steward (This is the same as a master sommelier in wine, but DOUBLE)

She will go over the curriculum that you want and need to know for the open book/open note test at the end of the class. No one has failed the class yet!

Included is a small box lunch, refreshments and everything you need for the class.
The class is from Noon to Six pm. You will need to pick up a book before your class.
It can be sent to your email. Please arrive by 11:45am to start the class on time.

We will begin promptly at Noon. If you have any questions please contact Erica at 330-718-7679
