You are cordially invited to a Bourbon Jacks Bourbon Dinner, Wednesday February 21 6:30 to 8pm.  Take a tour through the land of Unbridled Spirit with four delicious dinner courses paired with four small batch series selections of the finest spirits Kentucky has to offer.  Head Chef Brandon Fernandez delivers a well-crafted dinner menu that delights the taste buds while complimenting each unique flavor of the whiskey. Foodies, whiskey enthusiasts, thrill seekers, and experimentalist’s will start with a welcome cocktail to roll things a long and have an opportunity to chat before the evening gets started. Venture through the exquisite lineup of offerings while having a discussion from our head chef and a whiskey connoisseur provided by the whiskey companies.  Stay afterwards for a fun late night with Live Music by resident musicians Rich & Mandy starting at 8pm. Tickets are available online or in person, $54.00 per person all-inclusive. Only 23 seats available.

1)      Warm Bourbon Cajun Dip - craw fish, crab, chive, sweet red pepper, cajun toast points
Paired with Basil Hayden’s
2)      Creole Crusted Beef Carpaccio - mache greens, fried capers, dusted parmesan, house made cipollini onions, honey white truffle aioli
Paired with Knob Creek
3)      Herb Marinated Beef Tenderloin - opal basil chimichurri, grilled purple potato, smoked chile crab salad, jumbo asparagus, fried basil chips
Paired with Baker’s
4)      Warm Double Chocolate Cake - whiskey ganache, house made bourbon pecan ice cream, frabbi cherries
Paired with Booker’s
