Your information will be collected at the end of the course and the 1 hour of credit will be submitted to the AGD on your behalf.

How does the reservation fee work?

These events typically sell out, so reservation fees are collected for all tickets to ensure attendance counts are accurate. Upon confirmation of your attendance, refunds will be issued in full within one business day to the original method of payment.

What if I buy a ticket and then can't make the event?

Reservation fees can be refunded for all tickets up to noon the day of the event. After 12pm local time, refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis until the start time of the event.
