What is your refund policy?

Refunds are not available for the Boundless event at Sandy Downs. Our grandstands provide overhead coverage and the competitors can compete regardless of weather conditions, be it rain, snow, shine.

Can I bring children to the event?

Certainly! While we provide adult amenities, Boundless is an event designed to entertain individuals of all ages!

Question 3

What security measures will be implemented for this event?

Accepted Answer

Boundless will have security guards and staff to assist with any potential concerns. At the entrance, a proficient guard will be available to address security matters during entry or departure.

Question 4

Can I reserve my seats?

Accepted Answer

For Boundless 2024 seating cannot be reserved. For 2024 Boundless seating will be on a "first come first served" basis. In addition, you are not allowed to arrive early to the event and "reserve" seats for later.

Question 5

Am I allowed to bring my own food and beverages?

Accepted Answer

Clear, sealed water bottles or necessary snacks for medical reasons are permitted, but they must undergo inspection by the entrance guard.

Question 6

Can I smoke at the event?

Accepted Answer

Smoking of vaping is only permitted within the designated "smoking areas."

Question 7

Can I take pictures or video at the event?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to capture photos of videos of the event for personal use. However, any commercial use of these materials requires explicit written consent from Boundless. Additionally, live-streaming of the event is not permitted.

How much is parking?

For your convenience, parking fees are now included in the ticket price for our upcoming event! That means no additional charges at the gate for parking.

Do you offer group ticket discounts?

We do not offer group discounts at this time.

Is there handicap accessibility?

Accepted Answer

We offer convenient parking for individuals with disabilities near the event venue. Additionally, the first two rows of the grandstands are exclusively reserved for guests with disabilities. Our event also features accessible restroom facilities for those with mobility challenges.

Question 11

Is there a discount for veterans?

Accepted Answer

As of now, Boundless 2024 does not have provisions for offering military discounts.

Question 12

Are service animals allowed into this event?

Accepted Answer

Certified service animals are permitted to accompany guests at the event. However, we kindly request that all other animals remain at home.
