About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

Do you identify as a people pleaser? Are you interested in learning how to speak up for yourself with confidence and ease? Do you experience guilt, anxiety, and discomfort when you even think about setting a boundary? If so, this workshop is for you! Get armed with strategies and support to be prepared to take care of yourself at work, with family and friends, and when making life decisions.

Join me to learn the true definition of a “boundary” as we bust common boundary myths. I will also provide you with specific scripts you can use when addressing common boundary violations. Finally, we will explore how to build emotional strength and resilience to manage the discomfort that often accompanies saying no. In addition to the 60 minute presentation, there will be time for a dedicated Q&A at the end. You will leave this workshop with a specific action plan for how to set boundaries with confidence in your own life!

Everyone who registers for this event will receive replay access for 30 days, downloadable slides to keep, and a bonus worksheet to keep (a $54 value if purchased separately).

Can’t attend the training live? If you purchase a ticket, the recording and materials will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the live event so you can watch at your leisure for the next 30 days. Advance registration is required.
