In this training, participants will explore the importance of boundaries in creating and maintaining healthy meaningful relationships. Participants will explore the impact of complex trauma on how we set and respond to boundaries. Most importantly, participants will be encouraged to explore how boundaries help nurture one’s relationship with themselves.

Trainer: Serena Samaniego LPC, IMH-E

Serena Samaniego has been a member of SATIN since 2017 and has over 15 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. As a Licensed Professional Counselor her primary areas of focus include complex trauma and Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Serena believes in the importance of hope and resilience and is passionate about growing trauma responsive communities.
