NCAA Women's Final Four Bounce presented by Buick is a great event to bring kids from all over MN to participate in a half- mile bounce off.

Hop, skip and jump into Women’s Final Four action with the NCAA Women's Final Four Bounce presented by Buick. Youth ages 18 and under are invited to participate in this unique parade and FREE Women’s Final Four event, joining thousands of fans dribbling their way along the streets of Minneapolis and into Tourney Town presented by Capital One – the official fan festival of the 2022 Women’s Final Four. The first 2,200 participants will receive a FREE basketball and t-shirt.

Cost: NCAA Women’s Final Four Bounce is FREE!
Registration: Online pre-registration is recommended as space is limited. Participants must be 18-years and younger as of April 3, 2022. Only the first 2,000 registered participants will receive a t-shirt and basketball. 
Check-In: Check-in is between 11:00 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. on April 3 at The Plaza, just outside of the Minneapolis Convention Center. Each participant will receive their free t-shirt at check-in and their free basketball as they enter the Bounce route. 
Waiver: Waivers must be completed by all participants as well as all chaperones. If you did not complete a waiver during registration, you must do so onsite at check-in. Once waivers are completed, you will receive a wristband that will allow entry into Tourney Town presented by Capital One.
Covid Protocols: All NCAA Women’s Final Four events will follow the state and local guidelines regarding Covid. Please visit https://www.minneapolis.org/covid-19-health-safety/ for the most up-to-date protocols. 
Parking: Parking is available in Plaza Municipal Parking Ramp via the entrance on S 12th. Additionally, street parking and additional surface lots are available in the area of the Bounce start, route and finish areas.
Bounce Route: 
• Start Line: Minneapolis Convention Center, 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN
• Finish Line: Tourney Town at the Minneapolis Convention Center
Spectators: Parents/Chaperones are encouraged to walk the route with their Bouncer(s). All Bouncers younger than 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. If you do not accompany your Bouncer(s) on the route, you can meet your Bouncer once they have finished inside of the Parent Pick-Up area located at the finish line at the Minneapolis Convention Center
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What time should I arrive at the Minneapolis Convention Center? Do I need to bring my own basketball?
Check-in will take place from 11 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. within The Plaza on 2nd Ave at the main entrance of the Minneapolis Convention Center. Registered participants do not need to bring a personal basketball, as each registered Bounce participant will receive a FREE basketball, courtesy of the NCAA and Wilson. 
Can a Bounce participant (“Bouncer”) register and attend the NCAA without a parent/guardian?
We ask that all Bouncers aged 12 and under be accompanied by a parent/guardian on the route. If participating in a group, one representative of a parent/guardian will suffice for a group of children. Waivers for EACH PARTICIPANT, (including chaperones, accompanying adult, patrons, etc.) should be completed during registration. If you did not complete a waiver during online registration, you must do so on-site
How do I register a group of Bounce participants?
If you want to register more than one child in the Bounce (i.e. siblings), the online registration page gives you the option to add participants. Choose “participate as an individual” and choose the number of children you would like to register. You are able to register up to 10 participants at one time. During the registration process, a parent or legal guardian must provide required information for ALL participants. Additionally, legal guardians must approve a waiver form for each participant. 
Is a parent/guardian allowed to register their child if the child is not present during on-site registration?
Yes. All event day registration protocol must be fulfilled, but the participant does not need to be present. 


Do I need to register other adults attending with my child?
Only children 18 and under need to be pre-registered online. Young children and other friends/family who are not registered are welcome to attend and support the registered participants by lining the route to cheer on those in the Bounce. 
Please note: Free basketballs and t-shirts will only be provided to the first 2,000 youth participants. 
When is a Bounce participant’s age determined?
All ages are determined as of event day. Therefore, all children ages 18 years and younger as of April 3, 2022 are eligible to participate in the NCAA Bounce. 
If more than 2,000 participants are registered, can I still participate in the NCAA Bounce?
If the maximum number of 2,000 participants is exceeded, you are more than welcome to bring your own basketball and walk the NCAA Bounce route. A waiver will still need to be completed on-site by all participants. 
Where are the start and finish lines located?
The start line is on 2nd Avenue in front of the main entrance to the Minneapolis Convention Center. The finish line is at Tourney Town, located at the Minneapolis Convention Center. 
Where will I meet my Bounce participant at the end of the route?
Parents/guardians are encouraged to walk the route with their Bouncer(s). All Bouncers younger than 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. If you get separated or do not walk with your Bouncer, you can meet them in the Parent Pick-Up area near the finish line located in the concourse outside Hall B in the Minneapolis Convention Center. 
Are pets and/or strollers allowed during the NCAA Bounce?
Yes. Service animals and strollers are allowed in the NCAA Bounce. 
What is Tourney Town presented by Capital One and how much does it cost?
Tourney Town presented by Capital One is the epicenter for all Women’s Final Four fan and community activities, anchored by the Center Court performances. Visitors will enjoy entertainment, celebrity appearances, concerts, food, licensed merchandise, exhibits, games, and interactive displays FREE of charge. Tourney Town is open to the public:

Friday, April 1 (9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
Saturday, April 2 (9 a.m.-6 p.m.)
Sunday, April 3 (9 a.m.-4 p.m.)
Will the NCAA Bounce be canceled for inclement weather?
The NCAA Bounce will not be canceled for inclement weather unless the weather is such that it will threaten the safety of the participants and attendees. Should inclement weather occur, participants will be able to pick up their t-shirts and basketballs in a to-be-determined location on Sunday, April 3rd
What is the bag policy and what items are prohibited from the event?
Guests entering the Minneapolis Convention Center should be aware that each guest is limited to a small clutch not larger than 9” w x 5” h that may accompany a clear vinyl bag no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” OR a gallon-size Ziploc bag. Each member of the family, including children, are allowed to carry an approved clear bag and clutch purse into the convention center. 
Bag Searches
All permissible bags will be subject to a search. Guests with prohibited items will be asked to return them to their vehicle prior to entering the venue. 
Prohibited Items
To help ensure your safety, the Minneapolis Convention Center is preserving all current security measures. These procedures are designed to help our fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to our venue. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience. Your safety is always our first concern.
The following items will not be allowed at the Bounce or within Tourney Town:
<ul><li>Backpacks, wrapped packages, non-clear bags larger than 9”wide x 5” high or clear bags larger than 12”x 12”x 4”. 
</li><li>Cameras with lenses smaller than 4” will be permitted, but camera bags will not be permitted.
</li><li>Selfie Sticks
</li><li>iPads, tablets and GoPros
</li><li>Binoculars are permitted, but binocular bags are not permitted.
</li><li>Video or audio recording devices
</li><li>Laser pointers
</li><li>Weapons of any kind
</li><li>Bottles, cans, or containers of any kind
</li><li>Sharp objects, projectiles, sticks or poles of any kind
</li><li>Fireworks
</li><li>Pepper spray or mace
</li><li>Outside food or beverage items
</li><li>Drugs or controlled substances
</li><li>Chairs, folding chairs or any other type of individual chair for use
</li><li>Helium balloons
</li><li>Wrapped gifts
</li><li>Large banners or signs, banners or signs with objectionable language, banners or signs on a pole of any kind
</li><li>Clothing with offensive language
