Join us on Earth Day for a unique and transformative mindfulness workshop featuring our Botanical Meditations cards. This workshop is designed to help you cultivate greater awareness, focus, and inner peace by connecting with the natural world amidst the serene setting of Seven Arrows Farm. During the workshop, after a grounding meditation, participants will have the opportunity to select one Botanical Meditations card featuring a unique guided activity and learn how to enhance their mindfulness practice and deepen their connection with nature. This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike and is open to anyone seeking to cultivate mindfulness, self reflection, and a deeper connection with nature.

Nature’s Atelier was founded by husband and wife Khipra and Erika Nichols.With Nature’s Atelier we wish to bring awareness to the restorative effects that mindful practices and natural environments have on all of us, offering relaxation, improving our mood and cognitive functions, and stimulating our creativity.
