Welcome to the Botanical Life, Art & Culture Tour at UNF Botanical Garden! Join us on the Second Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM for a 1 1/2-hour day filled with beauty and inspiration. Explore the stunning flora within our curated garden while immersing yourself in the rich art and culture that surrounds it. This event will start at the Thomas G. Carpenter Library, where you can enjoy a unique blend of nature and creativity. Don't miss out on this opportunity to experience the magic of the botanical world up close! Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Please put Thomas G. Carpenter Library in your GPS to be directed to the correct parking location in front of the library.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a charge for parking?

Parking is FREE on weekends and a parking permit is not required on Saturdays or Sundays unless there is a special event on campus. We recommend parking in Lot 2 adjacent to the Thomas G. Carpenter Library.

Do you offer additional garden tours besides the second Saturday of each month?

Is the UNF Botanical Garden open other days?

Yes. The UNF Botanical Garden is free and open to the public daily from sunrise to sundown. Please be mindful that restroom facilities may not be available during campus closures and between semesters. Visit https://www.unf.edu/parking/visitor-parking.html for more details.

Where is the UNF Botanical Garden located?

The entire campus is designated as a Botanical Garden with the majority of our named curated garden displays being integrated with the campus learning core. We are working on maps to help make it easier to find them. An initial tour is recommended to help you find your way through the garden.
