This hike will be led by knowledgeable botanists, Rachel Werling (Siskiyou Chapter NPSO) and Sarah Ratay, (TNC Sycan Preserve Manager). The hike will highlight native flora, wetland ecosystems, and conservation efforts in the preserve. The hike will happen on May 10. There will be an option to drive out the evening of May 9 for those who want to camp at the TNC preserve. Details to follow.
