Entry Requirements

Come to the street level security desk with a government-issued ID. They will direct you to the event (one floor up on the elevator).

Location: One Memorial Drive, Cambridge MA
Parking: Parking is available under the building ($27) - and sometimes on-street parking can also be found along Memorial Drive.
Public Transportation: The nearest MBTA station is the Kendall/MIT stop on the Red Line - in walking distance.

You must be registered to attend and you must have a government-issued photo ID. Space is limited and the Microsoft facility is invite-only!

Is there a code of conduct?

Yes. See https://bostonts.club/code-of-conduct.

Will there be food?

Yes, we'll have vegan hors d'oeuvres as snacks. You can bring your own food if you think you'll be hungry.

Will there be alcohol?

No. Boston TS events do not provide alcohol, and you may not bring your own.

Will there be photos taken?

Yes. If you'd like to avoid being photographed, we'll have a sticker you can add to your name badge to indicate that. Please also contact us privately so we can audit photos that accidentally include you in the background.

Will the event be recorded?

No, but we'd like to in future events.
