This is an active workshop where you will put into practice what you're learning. Wear workout clothes you're comfortable moving in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. You'll also need your running shoes and your functional fitness shoes (if you have them).

Do I have to be doing the Borodash to attend?

Not at all! It's a great event here in town, but this workshop is open to all runners, regardless of their stage in the journey. Join us whether you decide to run on Thanksgiving or not. We encourage you to check out the race, though, if you don't have anything planned for Thanksgiving morning.
