🔍Borderland Discovery Ride🔍
📅 When: Saturday, October 25th. Meet at 8:45 am, Wheels spin at 9:00 am
📍 Where: Meet at the Easton Town Pool parking lot located at 101 Lincoln Street, N. Easton MA which provides direct access by trails into Borderland. There is plenty of free parking at this lot, and this location gives riders a sample alternate spot to park when riding into Borderland State Park from Neighboring Easton Town open space land.
🚴♂️ What to Expect: 8 - 10 miles | 2 - 2.5 hours | 6 mph average pace
This is an intermediate level, but there are definitely technical rock gardens and plenty of rocks to navigate. We will make it to Borderland, but we'll start with a trip through the techie-ish Flyaway trails. The ride won't hit all of the yummy 🤤tech trails, so if you just want to ride the gnar, you'll be disappointed. On the other hand, if you're not used to riding rough trails, this won't be the ride for you.
🪖What to Bring:
- Well-maintained, full-suspension mountain bike with a dropper post
- Elbow and knee pads suggested
- Water. Electrolyte, sugar, and carb-replenishing trail snacks.
Contact Chris Patrick your ride leader at 774-284-2650 with any questions.
