Soca is never quiet even while we run.We do arm work...serious arm work. We never stop moving. We Palance, we Work to Stabby...we are about being strong.We do abs... in every song. Not your standing abs. We move our waist lines and engage our core with every motion. As carnival season comes,  we hit the floor with our 5 minute ab clinic.In a nut shell... We get it done. What Is Booty BootCamp This is a strength training, muscle conditioning class with a special focus on shaping, firming and lifting the booty. We also feature our ab clinic in this class.
