High early production costs and burn rate make right choices in design, supply, and manufacturing crucial to runway and success - yet many innovators have gaps in the specific connections and expertise needed to support the scaling process.OUR SOLUTIONFORGE addresses crucial gaps and accelerates path to market for these startups by making right-fit introductions to industry expertise, combined with the training and support needed to ensure readiness for the connections to be productive.

FORGE - From Prototype to IMPACT

Join FORGE to explore methods, methodologies and processes to bootstrap hardware development with lower costs and shorter lead times.

Innovations in the areas of mechanical and electrical prototyping have drastically lowered costs and therefore the barrier to entry for entrepreneurs to develop high performance prototypes . This presentation will examine methods, methodologies and processes to bootstrap hardware development with lower costs and shorter lead times. We'll examine how to prototype various components, what should the goals be for that prototyping and finally the development process that yields the least risk and shortest timeline.About Matthew De RemerMatthew is the Founder and Chief Engineer at Bayard Design.
