WHO WE AREThe Whittier Community Foundation was founded in 2005 to raise funds that will be used to educate, inspire and advance the community for the greatest common good. Annual fundraising campaigns are focused on special projects that are identified by the board to benefit the entire community. Money is raised through private donations, grants, and fundraisers such as our 5K Spooktacular Run/Walk, Dancing With The Whittier Stars and Boots, Beer & BBQ.MISSION STATEMENTThe Mission of the WCF is to support the community services activities for the education and enjoyment of the Greater Whittier Community and to develop funding for new community projects.

HOWDY FOLKS! Join The Whittier Community Foundation as we celebrate & support our LA County Fire Department with our 1st Annual Boots, Beer & BBQ Fundraiser.
We will have Live Country Music, Dancing, BBQ, Beer, Wine & Margaritas. You are bound to have a great time and all to support The Fire Fighter Tribute to be located at Whittier Station 28.
