Boot Camp works you from head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings. This BootCamp is a 6 week program that meets every Tuesday/Thursday starting April 19, 2016. I have designed this BootCamp as an athletic-based training  for men and women that provides accountability, direction and encouragement. Each 45 minute training session includes total body training, strength and resistance exercises, core work, balance training and may also include a few obstacle courses to mix it up and add some fun. With this BootCamp programming you'll also experience some metabolic training, which utilizes many training modalities and is designed to be performed indoors and outdoors. Boot camp may not be for everyone. But if you're looking for a high-energy workout that offers variety and camaraderie, boot camp may be just what you need.
The goal of this boot camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance. 
With my Boot camp workouts you will experience:
-- challenging and varied workouts -- Require little or no special equipment -- camaraderie among the participants
The will be two sessions available for this 6 week program:
                          Tuesday/Thursday 6am
                          Tuesday/Thursday 6pm
