NSWCA welcomes you to our summer fitness series! Throughout the months of July and August, we're hosting dance and fitness classes at Red Rock Park in Lynn. Local instructors lead all classes and are open  to everyone. Join us!

<p>45 mins of intense workouts, a mixture of strength &amp; conditioning, HIIT, bodyweight, cardio, and more! Burn fat and build muscle all in one!</p><p>Class will be led by: Kaisha Ramirez , https://www.vagaro.com/liftfitness</p><p></p>
