Get sweaty this summer with this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout led by licensed instructor Mary Anderson. Bootcamp is a full-body workout that incorporates both aerobic exercise and strength training into a single workout. This is a great option if you’re already active and looking to take your workouts to the next level in a way that’s challenging, varied, and fun.
