Thank you for joining us for Bootcamp!  We look forward to seeing you and helping you reach your goals!

Join Coach Julia Anto as she takes you through 45 minutes of an intense conditioning program in a group setting. This energetic environment will use calisthenics &amp; strength and conditioning exercises to get you in the best shape ever! All levels welcome!
 Julia is Northwest Indiana&#x27;s premier trainer, with 20+ years experience in the fitness industry.Schedule:
Monday’s: 6:30am-7:15am
Wednesday’s: 6:30am-7:15am
Thursday’s: 5:15pm-6:00pm

*February special: $99/month for existing Illiana Power Asylum members or $35/class. $35 due at registration to be used towards 1 class or monthly purchase price during the month of February.
*$299/month or $65 per class for non-Illiana Power Asylum members. $35 due at signing to be used towards 1 class or monthly purchase price during the month of February.
