8:45AM – 9:00AM – Opening, Registration, Placemaking
Includes Light warm-up: Dynamic Stretching & Mobility Movements
9:00AM -  BcBB: CAMP Begins
Includes 45 minute All – Levels CAMP
9:45AM - 10:00AM – Closing, Comments, Considerations
Includes Light cool-down: Static Stretching & Tension Release
10:00AM - BcBB: Brunch Begins
Skip the baked joint line and treat yo'self to some well-earned brunch!
Post- BcBB
Go on and enjoy the rest of your weekend with your body worked out, mind chilled out, and that biscuit in your belly: )

Ticket includes either a light (or not so light) breakfast + coffee/iced tea.
