When I was a collegiate baseball player at Bentley University I got obsessed with the gym. It was a place that gave me the freedom to step away from the every day grind and focus on making myself better on and off the field. I spent a countless number of hours in the early morning figuring out ways to push myself to get stronger mentally and physically.Since graduating, the work ethic and mindset lessons I learned in my athletic career I applied to the real world and every day life. After a short time in corporate America and feeling like I was not making the impact I dreamed of, I quit my job to puruse my passion of helping others achieve their fitness goals and helping them achieve a lifestyle they have control over.Since starting my fitness career I have trained a number of clients and athletes to reach their goals mentally and physically. I call it The Warrior Lifestyle (www.mywarriorlifestyle.com).The Warrior Lifestyle is about waking up every day and attacking life. We don’t put any limits on what it is we can or cannot do. We have routine. We focus on being so prepared for every moment that we know the move of our opponent before they even know what they are doing. We are noble and grateful for every opportunity that has been created for us and for the ones we have created for ourselves. We surround ourselves with a team that will bring us up and not drag us down. We never give up and we hustle every single day so that maybe one day our time comes and we are ready to take it. We never fall to mediocrity and we only expect the best from ourselves and everyone around us.My goal as a coach is not only to help my clients to accomplish their goals but to help transform their daily habits and mindset that will make these changes permanent. I know that everyone has the potential to be great and I know everyone wants to get to that point. But a lot of people have a hard time tapping into that part of themselves. ABOUT THE CLASS:
Certified personal trainer and creator of The Warrior Lifestyle, Nate Witkowski, is extending his classes to Aeronaut Brewing Company with a high intensity, bootcamp style workout! Join us for a 60- minute total body blast that will include: stretching, three circuits, an ab finisher, and a cool down. Then, hang with us afterwards for 1 full pour of Aeronaut's amazing beer. Afterwards stay and enjoy some beer and games (and feel free to bring your own food and snacks!)
Please arrive about 10 minutes early. Please bring your own mat and wear sneakers. Open to all levels of experience and ability.
Cost is $20 + 1 full pour. You must be 21+ to attend this event. No refunds. 30 spots available so sign up now!
Tickets are $20 each and must be purchased in advance!
