Overview
Are you tired of the same gym scenery? Get outside, meet our instructors who will push your body and mind to reach optimal fitness level
The class is coached in English by one of our trainers. Boot camp combines running and ground exercises. Our main aim is to have fun while getting fit.
> > > We start at 19:00 sharp and the session is 1 Hour long.
This event is organized by a group of friends who enjoy exercising outdoors and meeting new people.
While it is recommended that you travel as light as possible, we have an arrangement with the tennis club to use a locker for the belongings of our participants.
> > > So, come along, get some fresh air, have fun and get fit at the same time!
