It’s the feeling of certainty that you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to. Confidence is about trusting that no matter what happens in a particular situation, you’ll be able to handle it and learn from the outcome. Confidence comes from within, and you can find ways to be more confident at any time.Join this session and become aware of the barriers you’re placing in front of yourself and why. You&#x27;ll learn how to build new attitudes and beliefs to gain a more empowering mindset.The workshop is structured in 3 parts:Mind: the first part is dedicated to the theory and explanation of the specific topic.Practice: exercises to be done in groups. Guided meditation: it will trigger the subconscious mind around the topic. We will have a pianist who will play LIVE during our guided meditation.NB: The event will be hosted in a secret villa in Amsterdam with a grand piano (RAI area). The address will be communicated after reservation.
