This six-week evidence-based program is designed to help you learn and practice the most promising strategies for keeping your brain healthy as you age. We use a unique, whole-person approach to brain fitness, providing you with healthy practices that can help you remember things better, be more organized, pay closer attention, and reduce your stress — as well as reduce your risk of dementia.

T his six-week class will take place Mondays, June 10, 17 & 24, and July 1, 8 & 15, from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. CT on the following dates. Just sign up once to receive a reminder and Zoom link every week!
