<h2>RSVP INSTRUCTIONS:</h2><p><em><strong>***Important for in-person attendees:***</strong></em></p><p><strong>For in-person attendees, please RSVP on this Eventbrite form by March 29th, in order to access the CUNY campus!</strong></p><p>For zoom attendees, no RSVP is required, and the Zoom link will be posted here closer to the event. </p><p></p><h2>EVENT INFO:</h2><p>We invite the Topological Data Analysis community and the wider Data Science community to a book launch and fireside chat event focusing on Topological Data Analysis, and on the recently released book <em>Topological Data Analysis with Applications, </em>written by Gunnar Carlsson and Mikael Vejdemo-Johansson. Justin Curry (SUNY Albany) will lead a conversation with Mikael Vejdemo-Johansson about the research field, its history, community, and wider applicability.</p><p>The location is in <strong>Room 4102 inside the Graduate Center.</strong></p><p></p><h2>AFTERPARTY:</h2><p>After the talk, Professor Vejdemo-Johansson will be inviting interested parties to a nearby cocktail bar to hang out and continue the conversation.
