"I am the scapegoat child.

For decades, I lived in a world ruled by a narcissistic "Queen", always walking on eggshells, trying to be perfect just to avoid being "the problem".

My story is about surviving that constant, crazy-making fog of gaslighting. It's about betrayals so deep they shattered my reality. The abuse that escalated into terrifying violence that put my life, and my unborn child's life, in danger.

This book is my act of naming that harm so I could finally heal. But it's not just my story. I'm sharing it because it might be yours, too."
