BOO(k) Bash is Enchanted Scriptorium’s spooky-season celebration of books, indie authors, local makers, and everything we love about fall.

Join us at Kataluma Chai in Westminster for an afternoon of books, signed copies, author meet-and-greets, bookish vendors, seasonal drinks, and plenty of opportunities to discover your next favorite read.

Whether you’re a romance reader, fantasy fan, horror lover, sci-fi reader, or someone who simply wants to spend the afternoon surrounded by books and book people, BOO(k) Bash is designed to be a relaxed, welcoming event where readers can browse, meet creators, and support independent authors and local businesses.

Key Details:

• Tickets are required for event entry.
• The event is FREE for ages 10 and under. Kiddos receive free children's books while supplies last.
• Attendees receive access to unlimited chai and a raffle ticket for a chance to win a special edition of your choice.

• Meet indie authors across romance, fantasy, horror, sci-fi, YA, and contemporary fiction
• Shop signed books and discover new-to-you authors
• Browse bookish vendors and locally made goods

Meet the BOO(k) Bash lineup:

• Elle Lain — romance for readers who want chemistry, emotional payoff, and a closed-door approach.
• Carissa Hardcastle — dark, fantastical fiction with adventure, horror elements, and emotionally intense worlds; author of Leaves May Fall.
• Naomi Mingus — contemporary literary fiction with a more grounded, character-focused feel.
• A.J. Cerna — character-driven fantasy and progression/LitRPG-style adventures, including the Djinn Tamer series and collaborations in the Mage World.
• Kiersten Michele — fantasy and romantasy full of magic, adventure, dragons, and high-stakes relationships; author of Dragon Gods, The Shadow Weaver’s Gambit, and the Mage World books.
• Maelana Nightingale — emotionally intense romance spanning found family, polyamory, romantic fantasy, suspense, and darker themes, with a strong focus on trust, healing, and complicated relationships.
• Nicole Aisling — speculative fantasy that blends magic with science, psychology, and richly imagined worlds, including Chasing Nightmares and the Soul Keepers series.
• Pauline Tapia / No Shelf Control — bookish shopping for readers looking to add a little more personality to their shelves and reading life.
