Yew Dell Botanical Gardens is one of Kentucky's most beautiful public gardens and has a long history of horticultural excellence.  We are a nationally-recognized center of gardening and sustainable horticulture that offers 60 acres of beautiful gardens, greenspaces and woodland hiking trails to unplug from the grind of daily life and find respite or inspiration for your own backyard. With our diverse slate of educational programs, family-oriented community events, ongoing research into new and better garden plants and so much more, we want to make you a better gardener and enrich the lives of our community through plants. Yew Dell is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Preservation Project of the Garden Conservancy, a national non-profit dedicated to saving America’s most significant gardens.

<P><SPAN>Yew Dell's Annual Community Halloween Festival</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>This seasonal event is a frightfully-fun day and a family favorite! Mark your calendars and get your creative costume thinking caps on. Kids of all ages can enjoy trick-or-treating along the Trail-o-Treats (11am-2pm). Dozens of local businesses will entertain with their creatively creepy booths and costumes. Hayrides, a straw-maze, scavenger hunts and the popular Mr. Magic (2pm-3pm) round out a day of fun for all. This event draws a large crowd, so come easy for easy parking and to get in on all the goodies. </SPAN></P>
