<h3>D﻿ETAILS</h3>Bone Builder Master Class will run for 6 consecutive Mondays, January 23 thru February 27, 6:30-8pm. Each class will be archived and available at the end of the series.In addition to our time spent together online in our 6 sessions you’ll also receive:<ul><li>Your personalized anti-inflammatory food plan that will provide you with your unique recommendations so that you’ll know exactly what your daily goals are for protein, carbs and fats </li></ul><ul><li>Resources, like menu-planning, recipes and shopping lists to help make this as easy as possible to integrate into an already full life </li></ul><ul><li>Practical and novel suggestions to help you meet your movement and exercise goals – with some new info about cutting-edge techniques to get you to your goal safely and quickly </li></ul><ul><li>Protocols for professional grade nutritional supplements that are appropriate for your level of need based on your risk level and current test results, personally curated by me.*(All participants will have access to a 10% discount on these professional grade nutritional supplements when purchased through my online dispensary, Fullscript. <h3>P﻿REREQUISITE &amp; CLASS PREP:</h3>E﻿veryone enrolled is expected to have watched (or participated) in the Foundations of Bone Building Webinar before the first class. It contains a baseline of information (a recording will be provided.)F﻿rom late December through Early January, a series of questionnaires and requests for medical information/labs will be sent out. It is vital that Dr. Gosselin receive them by their due dates. She will spend a considerable amount of time reviewing everyone's information to help provide tailored recommendations during the class.
