Become a Bondance Instructor – Amsterdam

This 2-day training is an immersive experience designed for those who feel called to create meaningful connection between parents and children through movement.

Bondance is not about teaching choreography or perfect technique.
It is about guiding connection – creating a space where parents and children can slow down, be present, and truly feel each other through music and movement.

During this training, you will learn a complete, ready-to-use concept to start your own parent–child classes. You will be guided step by step through the structure of a Bondance session and gain the confidence to hold your own classes in a safe, intuitive and professional way.

We work with simple, connection-based movement flows that allow each parent and child to find their own natural expression. Instead of following fixed steps, they create their own dance – rooted in trust, presence and emotional connection.

At the same time, you will also receive ready-made choreographies based on these flows, which you can use as a supportive structure and adapt individually to your participants if desired.

The training also includes important pedagogical foundations, helping you understand different developmental stages, emotional needs, and how to hold space for real-life situations within a group setting.

This is a holistic approach combining movement, connection and education – allowing you to create truly meaningful experiences for families.

After completing the training, you will be ready to start your own Bondance classes.

No prior experience in parent–child work is required – you will be guided step by step throughout the entire process.
