Begun by a brave few back in 1979 as a single act for a community event, Windsong - Cleveland's Feminist Chorus became all official in 2002. What started as a handful of hearty souls is now more than 45+ voices strong!Our Mission StatementWindsong is an organization of womenand their supporters which strives to:—Empowerwomen through their participation in the performance of music.—Effectsocial change through the performance of music that is diverse, women-supportive and environmentally responsible.—Buildcommunity and provide education through partnerships with like-minded organizations.

<p>BOLD. BRAZEN. BRAVE. will showcase the strength, perseverance, and determination of women from all stripes of life through music, video, storytelling, and live performance. Singers past and present will add their voices to this inaugural celebration of Windsong’s 40th anniversary year. This is an opportunity to hear the chorus in a more intimate setting, get to know chorus members, and enjoy the Windsong community. </p>
