All profits from ticket sales are redistributed among vendors who take on a cost of goods for the styled shoot, i.e. florists, cake makers, suit rentals, etc.

Does my ticket mean I'll be published in the Quad Cities Weddings magazine?

Accepted Answer

No. Only paying QC Wed Me vendors will be promoted in the 2026 issue of the QC Weddings magazine.

What are the usage limitations/ requirements for QCA vendors?

Accepted Answer

If you're located within 100 miles of 52807 zip code, you cannot publicly publish images until the 2026 magazine is published in January. You can, however, share with clients in a private gallery or use them in printed promotional materials. All vendors must be tagged on digital platforms in 2026.

What are the usage limitations/ requirements for non-QCA vendors?

Accepted Answer

If you're located outside 100 miles of 52807 zip code, you can publicly publish images immediately and must tag/ link all  participating vendors on digital platforms.
