The Bohemian Blade training is the first of it’s kind. Infuse your practice and performance with power, purpose and precision. Move beyond dancing with a sword as a prop as Belladonna shares her approach, philosophy, technique and movement vocabulary to help you build proficiency with your weapon.

Swords are bad ass dance partners and Belladonna will help you build and foster your skills in order to help you put your best self forward.

A fun and comprehensive program designed to help each dancer nourish their warrior within.

The level 1 weekend includes the history of swords and sword dancing, warm up and conditioning for strength and flexibility, the philosophy behind Belladonna’s approach, exercises to help sharpen your skills, signature Boho Blade movement vocabulary, supporting details of how to put together a strong sword performance. What to do when things go wrong, tips, tricks, care and cleaning.

Dancers will leave feeling stronger, braver, grounded, centered and inspired. What better way to spend a weekend but to play with swords!
