Can another person sit with me if they are not building a terrarium?

Accepted Answer

No, there is only seating for the ticketed amount of participants. The exception is for children who may need assistance. Parents may assist their children, however depending on how full the class is there might not be a seat available. Please notify us at least 24hrs in advance for accommodations.

Question 2

What happens if I am unable to attend after purchasing a ticket?

Accepted Answer

You may request a refund through Eventbrite with a minimum of 24hrs notice. If there is an emergency, contact the shop as soon as possible and we will make accommodations on a case-by-case basis. Any no-shows without sufficient notice will forfeit their spot and will not receive a refund or credit.

What kind of carnivorous plant will I get?

What we offer in this workshop will depend on availability from our growers at the time. We will definitely have Venus fly traps and pitcher plants, and will try to have sundews and pinguiculas as well.

Question 4

Is parking free?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There are 4 different parking options. At the Forge apartments entrance there is a 6 level parking garage (there is a ticket gate that will print a parking pass for free) and a large gravel parking lot. At the opposite end of the facility there are 2 additional side parking lots.
