You will arrive in a peaceful, spiritual space where you can relax and feel comfortable. I'll explain how our bodies communicate with us, then guide you through a gentle inner journey to connect with your body and explore the messages it may be trying to share with you.

No, Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

What should I wear? & bring

wear loose comfortable clothing, no perfumes please. iI you would like to bring water or a favorite drink. I will have water also.

No, this is a gentle guided journey designed to help you relax, tune inward, and connect with your body and higher self.
