What you need to know: Body Mash is an interactive 1.5-hour Thai Massage class where you experience intense muscle relaxation and learn how to bring this invaluable skill home to your friends and family. You will also learn self-stretching techniques that target energetic meridians in the body, releasing tension. Body Mash is the perfect way to release built-up tension from stress and muscle exertion!
Meet the Instructor: Elizabeth Troy is a Thai massage therapist and has over 25 years of experience in resistance flexibility training. She has worked with professional and Olympic athletes using the same methods used in Body Mash.
Thai massage uses body weight and bare feet to apply pressure on the body- you will be working closely with others please make sure you come with clean feet and are respectful of others with perfumes and other personal hygiene practices.
