About this event

The Body Love Support Group is a safe space where you can bring your concerns, challenges, and struggles with food, body, and weight. This is a judgement-free zone for all who come.

Support group leader, Rita Haddad, brings a lifetime of experiences with body image dysmorphia, disordered eating, weight gain and weight loss resistance, and more.

With degrees in Human Development & Behavior, Psychology, Counseling, and a certification in Eating Psychology & Mind Body Nutrition, Rita has accumulated all of the tools to provide gentle support.

For long lasting results that actually work without crash dieting, hard workouts at the gym, or painful sacrifices, Rita's approach to healing is inimitable.

This weekly support group is a safe place to bring your food, body, and weight challenges from the week, and to gain strength and support before stepping into the weekend.

THIS GROUP IS FOR:

anyone who needs to feel seen, heard, and supported around such concerns as:

This group runs on a weekly schedule, virtually via WhatsApp video.

Your host is Eating Psychology expert, Rita Haddad, who will bring all the tools to the table to guide you from a place of weight hate to Body Love.
