With degrees in Human Development & Behavior, Psychology, Counseling, and a certification in Eating Psychology & Mind Body Nutrition, Rita has accumulated all of the tools to provide gentle support.
For long lasting results that actually work without crash dieting, hard workouts at the gym, or painful sacrifices, Rita's approach to healing is inimitable.
This weekly support group is a safe place to bring your food, body, and weight challenges from the week, and to gain strength and support before stepping into the weekend.
