About this event

Body Balance is a functional movement option that helps us function better for longer by increasing mobility, strengthening stability, and building flexibility to release tension and stress within the body to better our quality of life.

Frequently asked questions

What building is the class in?

Turf Time has two buildings, a light green one to the right and a brick building to the left. Adult group fitness classes are held inside the brick building, upstairs in the loft.

What should I bring to class?

I recommend you bring a sweat rag and water. You will also need a yoga mat.

What should I wear?

During the summer months, I recommend wearing shorts and a tank because it can get hot in the loft area. In the winter months I recommend laying. Ultimately being comfortable is key, wearing clothing you can move freely in.
