This program is tailored to local brick-and-mortar businesses and attractions like museums, art centers, gift shops, visitor centers, and other locations that visitors frequent. If you are not one of these entities, please fill out this waitlist form instead: LINK.


Due to generous local support, we have waived the $15 program fee for the Boardman and Pendleton workshops.


The workshops in Umatilla and Morrow counties are a collaborative effort. Thanks to Umatilla & Morrow County Tourism, Central Oregon Disability Support Network, Eastern Oregon Visitors Association, and countless local partners for helping make them happen.

Why do I have to commit to the entire program?

We have crafted this program so that participants will have an opportunity to learn, and then implement what they learn. Each program component builds on the last to create a more impactful experience. Additionally, it is a cohort program, so you will learn with others in your area.

What do I get out of participating?

The key benefit of this program is an improved customer experience for a wide range of customers, including those with disabilities, strollers, and mobility aids. This program also supports you to reach new customers with marketing tools.
