CANCELLED - Board Game Summit — Plan B
Designers, developers, and publishers in the tabletop game (and tabletop game adjacent space) are gathering to share their planned talks from GDC, network, and talk board games. Publishers & industry service providers on hand for pitches and business meetings.

We plan on providing a full day of talks and panels, as well as some side areas to show games, meeting, and have breakout sessions.

Code of Conduct:
This event will fall under the Bay Area Boardgame Boosters and Designers code of conduct and anti harassment policy. We're still updating that document to customize it for this event and will link it here as soon as we can.
Health and Safety:
We're doing our best to provide health and safety resources and training for our volunteers and attendees.
We will have a designated health and safety coordinator and a health and safety plan, including:
- signage
- hand sanitizers
- lower occupancy density than the space maximum
- health education during opening address
That said, due to the coronavirus outbreak, we don't accept any liability for your health and ask that you think carefully about attending events if you are immunocompromised or living in close contact with someone who is immunocompromised. We advise all attendees to read and follow preventative steps from the WHO for travellers.
