Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

This is open to everyone. There will probably be a few real estate agents there, so if you're cool with that then let's gooo!!!

Why is there a cost?

We have to pay to rent the space and the games.

Will there be food?

There's usually a full bar, coffee, and refreshments available.

Why boardgames?

The world is getting weird, and sometimes social media is annoying. This gets us in a room together, talking, having fun, and generating conversation out of thin air... it's like magic!

Are the games hard?

We'll take a vote and see what games people might want to play. This should keep games from being too difficult for most people in the group. There are also plenty of people who will help teach the rules and explain how to play the games.

Can we bring our own games?

If you have games to bring, that's great! Be cognizant of how many people it can play and how long it will last, and you MUST know the rules so you can teach others how to play.

Do we always play the same games?

No way. We can play a whole library of board games when we rent the space. We may play a few repeats, but there are PLENTY games to try.
