This month we have Jason Wagner and the topic is: The State of The Chicago Real Estate Market
Jason is the owner and managing broker of Greystone Realty in Chicago, where he leads a brokerage of agents that are required to be real estate investors.
Jason is a real estate data geek and is best known for his detailed regular reporting on the Chicagoland market, called the "Wagner Report." This analysis helps homeowners, investors, and other agents learn the intricacies of their market and guides their decision making.
Jason is an active investor himself and self-manages 7 properties on Chicago’s Northwest Side, scaling through partnerships and low-down-payment strategies. His team has been named top producers for the Chicago Association of Realtors multiple times and have sold over $100M in real estate.Jason is the co-host of the Real Life Investing Podcast with his wife, Rachel. He lives in Arlington Heights with their 3 kids.
And a fun fact: Inspired by the book "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins, he once completed 2,380 pull-ups in 8 hours straight.
