The foursome take sonic influence from bands such as Portishead, Slowdive, My Bloody Valentine, Gilla Band and Just Mustard, then couple this with pop inspired yet often unconventional song writing. They often deal with themes such as addiction, dysfunctional family situations and mental illness then surround these introspective ideas with carefully orchestrated noise, interesting harmony, and infectiously catchy melodies.
