<H2>Blue Blood Supermoon Eclipse in Leo</H2>
On Jan. 31, 2018, skywatchers across much of the world will receive a post holiday gift: the total lunar eclipse of a full supermoon that is also a Blue Moon! Any sunlight that reaches the eclipsed moon has to pass over the Earth's horizon, painting the moon with reddish light — hence the nickname "blood moon" for eclipsed moons.  A partial umbral eclipse will begin at 6:48a.m. est.

WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE STARS?
 
The January 31, 2018 lunar eclipse falls at 11°37′ Leo Sign. However, due to the precession of the equinoxes, this eclipse is in Cancer Constellation. Ruled by the Moon, Cancer is the most sensitive and emotional of the constellations. A near exact conjunction, close alignment, of the Moon and Ceres will focus your attention on the rights and conditions of women in traditional families, single women, working women and single parents.  The moon ruling women and Ceres ruling modern motherhood and independent women!!!
This is a moon of power and taking control ladies!  Don't worry our blessed gents, you are 1/2 woman power as well, so tune into your feminine side during this time.  Check out your deep emotions and cascading emotions and see what comes up, down, in and out.

Mercury enters Aquarius Wednesday morning.  This will signal our hunger for knowledge and allow us to be open to new and original ideas.  We will think outside of the box, and our thinking will become more progressive and objective.  Communication and thought patterns are spontaneous and liberal.  Inventive thinking is peaking!  Exciting, yes???
Sun opposite Moon and Ceres means you will need to think about the polarities in your life relating to parenting and the roles of women in families and society, the women who you are, the woman side of you - guys and of course the women in your life.  It is time look carefully to see if you have the right balance in your life. Balance between family and work, children and career, or between looking after yourself and nurturing others. The key to finding the right balance is trust and faith in yourself and in your belief system.  Perhaps this is a special time to contact a woman in your circle or family and reach out to her.  Maybe ask her, "How can I be of service to you today?"  
 
WHAT TO EXPECT WEDNESDAY!!!!
As always, there will be a lovely community altar for you to create with everyone.  You can bring any crystals, stones, tarot cards, animal cards, flowers, offerings of sacred cacao or sweets, sage, cedar, whatever resonates with you and place them there to absorb the energies of the evening.  Please cleanse your crystals, stones or cards before coming with salt water, moon light or sage.  Out with the old, in with the new!
 
We will begin the evening with a couple Kundalini meditations/kriyas to allow us to get grounded into our bodies & lift our vibration at the same time.  Joanna will then lead us through an active Being Exercise to remove energetic blocks and assist in releasing emotional tension. This process permits us to operate from an unencumbered Being state, which allows for full expression of truth and a life driven by authenticity.
 
We will conclude the evening with a Double Gong Sacred Sound Bath.  Allowing ourselves to surrender to the frequencies of the sounds.  These vibrations will help us release old stagnant energy and dust off our auras for transforming the negative into the positive and will establish positive energies into the physical and astral bodies to heal, heal, HEAL!!!
