Omicron Phi Zeta Chapter (OPhiZ) was chartered on March 26, 1994 in Washington, DC. Since its inception, the chapter has doubled its size. Over the past 25 years, OPhiZ chapter members have provided monetary and voluntary support to a variety of causes and organizations throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area such as: the American Cancer Association, St. Jude Children Research Hospital, March for Dimes, Women Veterans Rock Campaign, We Feed Our People, Washington Home for the Aging, Miner Elementary School, and Project Give Back. OPhiZ is also an awarding winner chapter for its commitment to community service projects, involvement with its youth auxiliary and undergraduate chapter.
